Thereby, the new prices for 2 rooms’ apartments are between 62.000 and 74.000 EURO (plus VAT 5 % at the first procurement).

The complex is composed of 2 blocks of flats with a low height regime: ground floor + 2 + 3R of 16 apartments with 2 rooms each. The apartments can serve a family, at a modern habitation standard, included in a private development which gives protection, safety, comfort, good environment, integrated in a natural framework quietly, without sound pollution or any other type of pollution, and other advantages of living in a development with main residential character.

The apartment is divided in day and night area. Apartment’s day area comprises a living room with place to eat, kitchen open to living room, access lounge with a toilette.

- The living room is provided, as the case may be, according to apartment type, with a platform or balcony. The balconies are provided with metal elements in order to obtain an overview of the front walls.
